A little about me
Thanks for stopping by. For the past 6 years, I’ve excelled in customer success teams at some of Australia’s top hotels. Recently, I was part of the founding team of Melbourne’s brand new Hilton Hotel, where I currently supervise revenue and reservations operations.
I have an unwavering passion and energy for people, which has proven a valuable asset in my career. I believe the best customer experiences come from genuine empathy, while always maintaining a friendly, positive and energetic character.
I started my journey in hotels at Hilton Sydney. This hotel is Hilton's largest flagship property in Australasia, with over 550 rooms and event spaces. During my time here, I worked in Guest Services, managing all customer-facing aspects of the business. I excelled in this role, consistently leading the high-performing team in monthly revenue targets 6 times in 18 months.
